- This pool is finished with glass-ceramic tiles (Hisbalit Aqualux Ref. Malta);
- The surrounding terrace area is covered in 60×30 ceramic pavers with anti-slip finish;
- The porch/BBQ area consists of a reinforced concrete structure and regional tile roof.
